Account Information

Location Data
- We collect your device location to find nearby sports clubs, calculate distances and drive times, and provide relevant booking options.
- Location is collected only when the app is in use and only with your permission.
Health and Fitness Data
- If you choose to connect a wearable device (Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or WHOOP), we collect: heart rate, steps, calories burned, sleep duration, and recovery metrics.
- This data is used solely to display your fitness metrics within the app's community section.
- Health data is only collected with your explicit permission and can be disconnected at any time.
- We do not sell, share, or use health data for advertising purposes.
Booking and Payment Data
- Booking history, court preferences, and equipment rental selections.
- Payment transactions are processed through third-party providers (Whish Money, NetCommerce). We do not store your full payment credentials.
Voice and Chat Data
- If you use voice booking, audio is sent to OpenAI's Whisper service for transcription. Audio is not stored after transcription.
- Chat messages with the AI assistant are processed to provide booking assistance and recommendations.
Device Information
- Device type, operating system, app version, and push notification tokens for delivering notifications.

- To provide and improve our sports booking services
- To find nearby clubs and display relevant availability
- To display your fitness and health metrics from connected wearables
- To process bookings and payments
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and community updates via push notifications

3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Sports clubs — booking details necessary to fulfill your reservation
- Payment processors — transaction data to process payments (Whish Money, NetCommerce)
- Cloud services — for app hosting, notifications (Firebase), and AI processing (OpenAI, Google)
4. Health Connect Data (Google)
DeepPlay's use of Google Health Connect data complies with Google's Health Connect Permissions policy:
- We read: heart rate, steps, active calories burned, and sleep sessions.
- Health data is used only to display your fitness metrics within the app.
- We do not share Health Connect data with third parties.
- We do not use Health Connect data for advertising or marketing.
- You can revoke access at any time through the app's wearable settings or your device's Health Connect settings.
5. Apple Health Data
If you connect Apple Health:
- We read: heart rate, steps, active energy, and sleep analysis.
- Data is pushed from your device to our servers to display in the community section.
- We do not share Apple Health data with third parties.
- You can revoke access at any time through the app or iOS Settings.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest.
- Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data
- Disconnect wearable devices and revoke health data access
- Opt out of push notifications
8. Children's Privacy
DeepPlay is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
